Getting There
Golf transport, clubs included.
Airport pickup, hotel to first tee, and the ride back when you’re done. We work with Bell Transportation, who have run ground transport in Las Vegas for decades and carry vehicles big enough for a group and its bags — which is the part a rideshare cannot promise.
Tell them what you need and they come back with a quote. Nothing is held or confirmed until Bell confirms it with you.
Two ways to ask
It depends how many of you there are.
Four or fewer

A sedan or SUV covers a foursome and its clubs on most trips. The quote form handles it directly — pickup, destination, date and time.

Eight to sixteen players with a full set of bags each is a Sprinter or a fifteen-seat vehicle. Those take lead time to confirm — the vehicle and a licensed driver both have to be free that morning.

One trip, up to four players. Airport to hotel, hotel to course, or a round trip that waits for you.

Bell Transportation is the Las Vegas operator we work with. The form below is theirs and returns a quote — their reservations team follows up to confirm the vehicle and the times.
The quote form loads once cookies are accepted — it stores a few values on this site to pass your details through to Bell.
Five or more
Tell us about the group.
The more we know up front — how many, how many sets of clubs, what time you need to be on the first tee — the better the options come back.
Worth knowing
What goes wrong, and how to avoid it.
The clubs are the problem
This is the single most common reason ground transport goes wrong on a golf trip. Four players with four stand bags and four suitcases do not reliably fit in a car sized for four passengers, and a rideshare driver is entitled to decline the trip when they see the pile on the curb. Choosing a vehicle by passenger count alone is how a group ends up splitting across two cars at 5am. Say how many sets of clubs you have when you ask for the quote — it changes the vehicle, not just the price.
Early tee times are earlier than the hotel
Summer tee sheets in Southern Nevada open early for a reason, and the first slots go before most hotel concierge desks are any use. A pre-arranged pickup is a different proposition from hoping at the taxi rank in the dark — the driver has the address, the time and the bag count already.
Round trip usually beats two one-ways
Most of the courses worth traveling for are not on the Strip, and a golf course is not a place with a taxi rank outside. Getting out there is the easy half; getting back after the round, with clubs, from a parking lot on the edge of the valley, is where a trip unravels. If the course is any distance out, arrange the return at the same time as the outbound.
Not every course is the same trip
Harry Reid International — still McCarran to plenty of people — sits south-east of the Strip, so a Henderson course and a Summerlin course are genuinely different runs from the airport, on opposite sides of the valley. Mesquite is a different proposition again — roughly eighty miles up I-15 toward the Arizona line, which is a drive rather than a transfer, and worth planning as its own day. Ask for the timing when you ask for the quote; it is the number that decides what time you leave.
Golf in LV is an independent guide. We introduce the quote; Bell Transportation operates the vehicles and confirms the trip with you directly. We don’t publish transport prices — the quote comes from Bell.
