About Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club
Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club is Ron Garl's ambitious 1987 design billed as the world's first tribute golf course — a layout that recreates famous holes from Augusta National, St. Andrews, Royal Troon, and other celebrated venues within a single 18-hole routing. The concept was novel at the time and the execution has made Golden Ocala one of the most talked-about golf experiences in central Florida. Now anchoring the World Equestrian Center complex, the club draws visitors from the equestrian and golf worlds simultaneously. Open to resort guests and outside visitors.
