Emerald Dunes Golf Club is Tom Fazio's 1990 design on artificially constructed dune terrain in West Palm Beach — a deliberate attempt to bring topographic variety to a state that doesn't have much of it naturally. The result is a golf course that plays with more elevation change and visual scale than almost anything else in South Florida, and Fazio's strategic bunkering gives better players something to work with from the 7,006-yard back tees.
